Refund and Returns Policy

Return details
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. It is not possible to return the goods after this period. Our refund policy is subject to the Terms of Service.
Ensure that the items being returned are in new, unused condition and still in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for covering the return postage costs. No restocking fees will be applied.

Refunds
Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will refund your money within 10 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you selected when you placed your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Order

Exchanges
To exchange an item, email us at info@envogue.com, and we will guide you through the process. Items sent for exchange must be new and unused.
Cancelling Orders
If you need to cancel your order before it has been shipped, simply email us at info@envogue.com, and we’ll handle it for you. If the order has already been dispatched, you can initiate a return once it arrives.
